Dear Neighbor,

It would be an honor to serve you and to represent the Triangle's best interests by making better infrastructure, clean water and air, education, and helping people with disabilities our State's priorities.

As a child, I had 24 operations for hydrocephalus (fluid on the brain) before I was ten years old. After 81 days in the hospital, they sent me home to die. The neurosurgeons then performed an operation that had not been done in the South. They saved my brain.
Decades later, the doctor told us this: "Occasionally, someone survived."

A native North Carolinian, I grew up in Greensboro and moved to Raleigh in 1970 to attend NC State University, where I graduated with Honors and received my Master's Degree.

I have worked full time for 31 years as a Professional Engineer and I've never been a day on disability in my life!

With your support, I will seek solutions that bring our State together and move us forward in the coming decades.

I will appreciate your vote on November 6th.
